Triplet Falls walk
When we started the walk to the Triplet Falls in the Great Otway National Park, we were not expecting too much since it has not rained for a couple of weeks. Indeed, it took us some time to make out the three different streams of the falls. In the photo, the center fall is a bit hidden behind the trees.
The walk itself is very pleasant and takes about 1 hour round trip. It has some steep parts which are a bit slippery when it is wet. As a nice extra, you will find a rusty logging boiler and an old train cart to transport the logs along the trail that gives you an impression how this area was used decades ago. Fortunately, the remains are almost invisible in the now healthy again rain forest.
